Exchange Window:

• In-store: We offer exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. Exchanges will not be honored outside of the 30-day period. Any exchanges after this period will not be accepted.
• Online: Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. No exceptions. Contact us via email to start your exchange.

Proof of Purchase REQUIRED: An order number or receipt is required for all exchanges. We cannot process exchanges without a valid receipt or order number.

Exchange Value Guidelines: Items may be exchanged for the same product, or for another item of equal or greater value. If exchanging for a higher-value item, the customer is responsible for paying the difference in price.

Additional Notes: Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags attached. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of request. Items bought as a bundle must be exchanged as a bundle. Partial exchanges are not permitted unless a gift receipt is provided. Store credit or exchanges cannot be applied to new release items until 14 days after a drop.
